Developed a platform to support the orchestration of over 400 global product launches over a 5 year period to drive efficiencies, reduce costs & ensure regulatory compliance.
> Built a deep technical understanding of the platform & interacted directly with the client on both business and technical aspects during scoping, development & testing.
> Developed a comprehensive production end-user knowledge of the platform, understood how client requirements were converted to production ready functionality and gained the ability to explain specific nuances of the platform to both technical & business audiences.
> Owned the UAT process, creating end-to-end test scripts, evolving the System test materials & running workshop sessions; solely trained the client-run-state platform administrator and managed this relationship during the transition phase, servicing all first line queries.
Multinational Confectionary Manufacturer (CPG) - Experience Activation Lead

Re-imagined client's marketing & first party data strategy to prepare for a data-driven future. One of the first-of-its-kind projects in the CPG industry, where access to first-party data is increasingly becoming a priority.
> Reviewed existing campaigns & consumer journeys, working with brand marketing teams & IT to define the as-is Marketing capability, data usage & ways of working and mapping the to-be data & activation requirements for a consolidated consumer data platform (CDP & MDM).
> Identified key strategic capabilities (e.g. audience-based messaging, occasion-based messaging, geo-targeting, gamification, etc...) & completed requirements analysis for their enablement through a CDP, including detailed consent considerations.
> Defined pilot MVP campaigns to begin testing & optimising, with the specific aims of capturing first party data (via retail partnerships, events, shoppable ads, etc...) and activating the data collected across media channels to drive engagement & sales.

> Analysed marketing operation across the lifecycle from Strategy, through Planning, Activation & Measurement/Optimisation.
> Engaged 32 stakeholders across four brands, reporting directly into the Customer Experience Director & VP of UK Commercial Strategy.
> Highlighted significant gaps in the client's Data-Driven Marketing Capability & proved the negative impact of ungoverned communications on the customer experience.
> Recommendations made in the short term to drive efficiency & effectiveness and reduce the client's reliance on third-parties, with processes put in place to govern outgoing marketing communications.
> For the longer-term, developed a comprehensive 5-year strategic Data-Driven Marketing Capability roadmap.
> This programme led to Accenture Interactive being appointed as the client's strategic Data-Driven Marketing partner for 2020 & beyond.

Worked alongside Global Accenture Interactive & Commercial Leadership and the Karmarama CEO & COO to move Karmarama on to Accenture Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercial processes.
> Led the development of agency commercial processes/ways of working and managed cut-over of these new solutions to avoid culture clash
> Produced a Commercial/GTM strategy deliverable that is now being used as a template for all future Accenture Interactive global acquisitions.
Media and Telecommunications - Digital Marketing Consultant

Led an analysis & assessment of the client's marketing landscape across all components of the operating model, including people, process, data & technology.
> Delivered a report with recommendations & a roadmap for the decommissioning of the client's current prospect campaign tool & migration into Adobe, alongside a financial assessment of the use of prospect data across the business.
> This work identified £5M in yearly savings, 30% efficiency gains & highlighted significant dependencies for the client's Google Cloud Platform Migration.

> Produced detailed design & requirements for a new application to support the offering.
